tamaram.art presents my web design and development services, my portfolio and a form to request proposals. Published prices are indicative. I'm currently VAT-exempt (Art. 53, Portuguese VAT Code). Only a written proposal you accept is binding.
The design, copy, the MTZ brand and the code of this website are mine unless stated otherwise. Project brands, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown only as portfolio. They may not be reproduced without permission.
I try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee it's error-free or that the website is always available. Links to third-party websites are for information only and I'm not responsible for their content.
Portuguese law applies. If you're a consumer, you can file a complaint through the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico or contact the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa.
How my services are ordered and paid for.
Fixed-price services (express diagnosis, SEO audit and data map) and monthly plans are ordered by paying online. Custom projects are ordered by accepting the proposal in writing.
Prices are in euros. I’m currently VAT-exempt (Art. 53, Portuguese VAT Code). You can pay by card, MB WAY, Multibanco or other methods via Stripe, or by bank transfer. Custom projects: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, before launch. After each payment I issue the corresponding invoice-receipt.
Each service’s timeline is shown in its description and starts once I’ve received payment and what I need to begin: content, access or data.
Billed at the start of each month and renewed automatically. No lock-in: cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, from the customer portal or by email. Unused hours don’t roll over.
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask me to start before then, you pay for the work already done, and once the service has been fully delivered you can no longer withdraw. This doesn’t apply to businesses or professionals.
If a project is cancelled midway, the work done is invoiced according to the proposal. The website and logins are in your name from day one; design files are handed over with the final payment.
How I handle the data you send me through this website, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What you send me in the brief or by email: name, email, company, website, project details, budget and timing and, if you want, your phone number. I only use it to review your project, prepare your proposal and reply to you. If you hire me, also what's needed for the contract and invoicing. I don't make automated decisions with your data or sell it to anyone.
Pre-contractual steps you ask me to take when requesting a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), performance of the contract if we work together, and compliance with my legal obligations, such as tax (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Hostinger (website hosting, in the EU) and Google (email). If we work together, Notion for the project portal. If any of them processes data outside the EU, it does so with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
If we don't end up working together, I delete your request within 12 months at the latest. If you hire me, I keep the data for the duration of the project and then for the periods Portuguese law requires for accounting and tax records.
You can request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to tamara.mlhz@gmail.com. If you believe I haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
